report a violation

Reporting Violations

1. Go to www.hawthornemgmt.com
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click Homeowner Login to be directed to your community portal.
3. On hha.cincwebaxis.com  click Sign-In
4. If you have not registered an account yet, please do so by clicking Create Account. Otherwise enter your login information, and click Sign-In
5. Once you are in your portal, go to the navigation bar at the top of the page and select Contact Us at the top of the page. 
6. On this page you will enter your contact information. Then, in the Details box below, please provide a brief description of the potential violation and the address at which the violation took place, then click Submit.
   1. You may also email us at Admin@hawthornemgmt.com and provide all the aforementioned information, as well as any images of the violation that you possess.
7. Please be aware, once you submit a potential violation, it then becomes a matter between the offending party and the Association. You will not receive any update on the violation, nor will you receive any contact regarding the matter.
