“To Whom It May Concern, Hawthorne Management Company has served our Homeowners Association at Callaway Plantation for over 15 years. Hawthorne is very responsive to meet the needs of the Association’;s Board of Directors. Currently in my second year as President of the Association, I would like to provide two specific examples of how Hawthorne has worked with the Board of Directors to improve the Callaway community: Nearly two years ago, our community looked as bad as it had in my eight years of living here. The violations to our Codes and Covenants were evident on every street. The Board decided to make it a priority to improve the aesthetic look of the community. We communicated this need to Hawthorne and was assigned an Association Manager who was diligent in noting violations, sending notices to homeowners and scheduling hearings for issues of non-compliance. In a short period of time, the community returned to the attractive community I saw when I decided to move here.

Also, about two years ago, our Association president resigned and I assumed the role. I was very nervous about the amount of time needed to dedicate to this new responsibility. I was relieved to find that, in most instances, a quick call to our Association Manager took care of an issue- be it a maintenance issue, requesting bids on a new landscaping company, or helping negotiate our pool contract. Additionally, our Board meetings are run smoothly, complete with an agenda, supporting documentation for agenda items, and a hearing schedule. The Association Manager facilitates the meeting and keeps us on schedule.
